Symposium

Show some attitude! Working together with talented young people and experienced stage professionals, FREISCHWIMMEN, the platform for dance, theatre and performance in the German-speaking region, and the initiative Cheers for Fears, the interdisciplinary network for young creative artists in NRW, launch a search for new resilient ways to develop emerging talent, and for community in times of isolation. In a two-day symposium we will share tricks and techniques for sharpening the most effective weapon against pressure and hostility – radical art. We will hear from voices from Europe and beyond, providing encouragement and important insights.

Focus on the Art: in artistic sharings, coupled with feedback and reflective conversations, the participants will help each other to progress and establish solidary connections.
